SH&M Israel Airlift Donation Agreement

This Donation Agreement is entered into by and between [Donor's Name] ("Donor") and Sephardic Heritage Museum Inc., a non-profit organization based in New York State ("Organization").

  • Purpose of Donation: The Donor agrees to provide monetary funds or goods ("Donation") to the Organization for the exclusive purpose of aiding unique global crises.

  • Exclusive Use of Donation: The Donation will be used exclusively for crisis aid, including but not limited to, identifying recipients, coordinating logistics, and covering all related delivery costs. No part of the Donation will be used for the Organization’s operating expenses.

  • Tax Deductibility: The Organization is a non-profit entity. All donations made under this agreement are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult their tax advisors regarding the tax implications of their Donation.

  • Logistics and Delivery: The Organization will cover all costs related to the delivery of the Donation to the final recipients. The Organization is not responsible for the transport of the Donation to its warehouses, currently located in New Jersey and Los Angeles, (locations subject to change)

  • Resale of Goods: The Organization retains the right to resell donated goods, unless otherwise specified by the Donor, with proceeds used exclusively for crisis aid purposes.

  • Virtual Acknowledgment: Acknowledgment of this agreement through electronic or digital means, including email or online forms, shall be considered legally binding. This agreement must be completed and authorized by a representative of the Organization who has the requisite authority to bind the Organization to the terms herein.

  • No Goods or Services Exchanged: The Donor agrees that no goods or services were provided in exchange for the Donation, except as explicitly described in this Agreement.

  • Amendments and Governing Law: This Agreement may be amended only in writing and agreed upon by both parties. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
