We appreciate all your donations, and are trying to be as efficient as possible. Following these standards will greatly reduce processing times.

For PRIORITY Air Shipments, Pallets must be 40 x 48 x 60” MAX.

• Solid SKU pallets are preferred.

• Include a packing list (link to PDF below) on the outside of each pallet (in English and Hebrew if possible).

• Pallet must be shrink wrapped, and CANNOT exceed the size requirements above unless otherwise instructed.

• A member of our team will contact you with further instructions when we are ready to receive your donation. You will be provided with pledge numbers related to your donation. It is extremely important to mark your packing lists and pallets with your pledge numbers.
